Shipping/Delivery policy

Processing and Production Time: Because our items are custom-printed and personalized according to your specifications, please allow 2 to 3 working days for standard production and processing before your order is dispatched.

Back Orders: If a specific product or variant you selected is on back order, please allow up to 12 days for the item to be processed, produced, and prepared for dispatch.

Shipping Times: Once your order has cleared the production phase and is dispatched, standard nationwide delivery takes approximately 24 to 48 hours, depending on your exact location in South Africa. Deliveries to outlying or remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total size/weight of your order.

Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order is packaged and handed over to our courier partners, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery.
