Refund Policy

Custom / Personalized Products: Goods that are custom-printed or personalized according to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded if you simply change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or made a spelling error during the design process.

Defective or Damaged Goods: If a product arrives materially defective, damaged in transit, or if the print differs significantly from the approved design on your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@ultramediashop.com with clear photographs of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order for a full refund ONLY if the order has not yet entered the printing/production phase. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
